Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AEM development and a strong background in Java and modern web technologies. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience leading AEM implementations while mentoring junior developers and promoting AEM development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and provide effective AEM solutions.
• Lead the implementation and development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Apply AEM development and deployment best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting AEM applications and web experiences.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to support AEM application enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on AEM development practices and standards.
• Contribute to technical discussions and solution design activities.
• Stay current with emerging AEM trends, technologies, and development practices.
• Lead, motivate, influence, and generate enthusiasm among team members.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience with Git and version control practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and influence team members.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise-scale AEM implementations and web applications.
• Experience leading AEM development initiatives and providing technical direction.
• Strong understanding of AEM development and deployment best practices.
Certifications
• AEM Developer Expert Certification preferred.
