Overview of your role

The Senior Advisor - Transformation and Change Management supports the organization in designing and executing its strategic initiatives. Working in collaboration with leaders, project teams, corporate functions and regional teams, this person contributes to defining the targets, identifying the required changes and developing concrete, realistic transformation plans.

The role has two complementary dimensions: contributing to the organization's transformation and supporting people through the adoption of change. This person helps evolve capabilities, processes, systems, roles, behaviors and ways of working to deliver sustainable results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support leaders and managers in defining expected outcomes and the target situation, including capabilities, processes, roles, systems and ways of working.
  • Develop roadmaps outlining the priorities, steps, interdependencies, risks and success factors for the transformation.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans, governance and timelines.
  • Analyze stakeholders and assess impacts, risks, readiness and teams' capacity to absorb change.
  • Design and implement engagement, communication, learning and support strategies tailored to different functions, regions and cultures.
  • Advise and equip leaders and managers so they can engage and support their teams.
  • Facilitate design, alignment and problem-solving workshops.
  • Create practical and engaging tools, including videos, guides, presentations and learning content, using artificial intelligence responsibly.
  • Define and monitor indicators of progress, readiness, adoption, and realization of benefits, and then adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Embed new ways of working and contribute to developing the organization's transformation capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, organizational development, consulting or the delivery of strategic projects, including the design and implementation of complex transformations, ideally in an international or matrix environment
  • Excellent proficiency in French and English (Oral and written)
  • Ability to conduct diagnostics, define a target state and develop roadmaps focused on business outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in methodologies and tools for transformation, change management, and project management.
  • Proficiency with artificial intelligence and content creation tools
  • Strategic, pragmatic and creative profile
  • Ability to synthetize information and act efficiently in an evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and engage stakeholders at different levels, without direct authority
