In addition to advancing strategic initiatives, this role plays a key part in sustaining and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, reliable performance across the network. In partnership with site leaders, workstream owners, and practice partners, you will independently navigate complex, ambiguous challenges and deliver results aligned to the company’s mission and strategic priorities. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to proactively uncover opportunities, build and influence relationships across internal teams as well as external carriers and vendor partners, and drive solutions from concept through execution. What you will do:

  • Operate with a high degree of organization and accountability to meet deadlines, complete projects, and implement solutions with limited supervision
  • Work cross-functionally to manage complex scenarios and drive alignment across pharmacy sites, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and implement solutions that reduce returns, damages, and cost pressures while improving the member experience
  • Design and execute pilots for alternative delivery methods to mitigate carrier-driven cost increases and improve service levels
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end member experience related to medication delivery, including communication and issue resolution
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership—demonstrating reliability, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate escalations and make high-impact decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy leadership, carriers, and vendor partners to drive performance and influence outcomes
  • Proactively educate carriers and partners on business objectives, operating models, and expectations to drive alignment and improve execution
  • Lead and contribute to presentations for leadership, partners, and external stakeholders, clearly communicating strategies, insights, and outcomes
  • Leverage data and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Teradata, Excel) to develop insights, reporting, and solutions that drive action
  • Anticipate business needs by identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities, and translating them into actionable recommendations and business cases
  • Retrieve, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support decision-making and communicate insights to leadership

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field
  • Experience managing projects or programs from concept through execution, delivering measurable results
  • Experience managing and influencing client, vendor, or carrier relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with limited direction
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and manage competing deadlines
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data to inform decisions and drive outcomes
