  • Develop and maintain application roadmaps, architecture artifacts, standards, principles, reusable patterns, and rollout plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Evaluate and recommend technical developments, including cloud, data, integration, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve technology quality and business outcomes.
  • Guide design reviews, governance forums, testing, release planning, and implementation activities to ensure solutions are secure, feasible, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise direction.
  • Monitor application health and support complex defect, performance, and security issue resolution, including identifying vulnerabilities and coordinating remediation.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, provide guidance to colleagues, and support continuous improvement through experimentation, metrics, and lessons learned.

  • 3 or more years of experience in solution, application, enterprise, or business architecture roles supporting industrial, manufacturing, energy, or refining environments
  • 5 or more years experience designing complex, integrated software and data solutions and serving as a technical advisor on high-complexity initiatives.
  • 5 or more years experience working across business and technical teams to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • 5 or more years experience working with existing enterprise integration, application architecture, data architecture, and hybrid platform patterns.

  • Experience in refining, petrochemical, or other asset-intensive industrial operations
  • Working knowledge of refining processes such as maintenance, turnaround, reliability, inspection, operations, or technical services
