Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field; CEBS, CBP, or PHR certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in benefits strategy and program management with required experience in US benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to translate data into insights.
• Proven project management experience with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
• Expertise in benefits compliance with global regulations and best practices knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for building collaborative relationships across teams.
• Proficient in benefits administration systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement global employee benefit programs aligned with the total rewards strategy.
• Analyze market trends and plan performance to optimize benefits offerings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex benefits issues for HR Business Partners and leadership.
• Ensure regional compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead projects related to benefits, including open enrollment and vendor transitions.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and monitor service levels.
• Drive employee education and communication strategies for benefit programs.
