A career as a Senior Advisor or Senior Advisor, Campus Recruitment in the Commercial Banking Business Strategy team at National Bank means acting as a talent acquisition specialist dedicated to attracting and hiring emerging talent across Canada. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on our organization through your expertise in campus recruitment, talent attraction strategies, candidate assessment, and partnership development.

Your role
  • Develop and execute the national campus recruitment strategy aligned with Commercial Banking business priorities.
  • Represent National Bank at university events, career fairs, student conferences, and networking activities to strengthen our employer brand and attract top student talent.
  • Assess candidates through resume screening, pre-screening interviews, and selection processes while recommending the best talent based on business needs.
  • Coordinate the full campus recruitment cycle, from talent attraction and sourcing through hiring and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of student talent to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Analyze recruitment results, market trends, and partnership opportunities to continuously improve talent attraction initiatives and the candidate experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or partnership development.
  • Experience assessing, interviewing, and recommending candidates in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking or financial services is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of both French and English is considered an asset
