As a Senior Advanced Tech Product Owner here at Honeywell, you will lead and mentor a team of IT technical product owners, shaping the strategic direction and effective execution of our technology projects. Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will align IT project strategies with business objectives. With your guidance, we'll navigate the complexities of project management, delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. If you are a seasoned project management professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams, this role is your gateway to making a significant impact.

In this role, you will impact the successful execution of technology initiatives by leading a team, shaping strategic direction, and empowering your team to excel. Your leadership will foster professional growth and development while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that help us achieve our long-term goals.

You will report directly to our Director IT Business Partner, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate and lead solution design sessions as appropriate
  • Identifies the flexibility, speed of implementation, quality, scalability, supportability, and cost of ownership of the solutions being implemented.
  • Becomes familiar with the entire BA Digital Eco systems and Data to help leverage and extend that landscape to meet business and technical objectives.
  • Keeps current on technology trends both in the industry and with the applications deployed in the landscape, including researching, and implementing new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals and provide competitive advantages.
  • Create detailed business process maps to document the architecture decisions; communicates specifications to technical architects, developers, contractors, and business sponsors in a directly actionable, clear and unambiguous manner.
  • Collaborates with Enterprise Architect Team to review solution design, any new implementation or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with standards.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience
  • 3+ years of Functional and Technical experience in Nice CXOne, SFDC, and use Generative, Conversational, or Agentic AI.
  • 3+ years of Functional and Technical experience in integrating Nice CXOne, SFDC, and use Generative, Conversational, or Agentic AI.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading technical solutions related to CX Services, like Case Management, Contact Centers and Agent Management


WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
  • Experience in designing, supporting, and deploying complex solutions to global teams & working within an Agile/SCRUM development model
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
  • Strong project portfolio management skills.
  • A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong presentation communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
