Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead a team to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence. Your role will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days after for the first 90 days of working on-site.
In this role, you will have impact on our new product development and manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE - 3 -5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- 3 -5 years of experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
WE VALUE - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing and new product introduction.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Ability to think strategically and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.

PAY TRANSPARENCYThe annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $126,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
