  • Hands-on experience configuring ADP Workforce Now.
  • Proven success managing complex multi-system environments involving third-party benefit portals (Sequoia) and carrier connections (MetLife, Vanguard).
  • Maintain ADP Workforce Now system architecture, job structures, and core worker records, ensuring synchronized operational workflow between source system and ADP.
  • Lead evaluation, sandbox regression testing, and deployment for bi-annual ongoing ADP system updates.
  • Build, maintain, and run custom reports, calculated fields, and executive dashboards in Workday (Report Writer) and ADP to support cross-functional business decisions.
  • Payroll Reconciliation & Data Governance
  • Perform weekly and monthly audits comparing source system compensation updates, ADP payroll deductions, Sequoia total rewards data, and MetLife billing statements.
  • Enforce strict Domain Security Policies (DSPs) in Workday and access controls in ADP to ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is protected in compliance with internal security guidelines.
  • Deep familiarity with US benefit regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA).

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
