Full Job Description
In this role, you will:
• Design, develop, and configure Actimize solutions using IFM, RCM, and AIS, including rule development, workflows, alert generation, and case management.
• Collaborate with business, fraud operations, and risk management teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective fraud detection and prevention strategies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data mappings, and integrations to support Actimize implementations, enhancements, and data analysis activities.
• Support end-to-end Actimize projects, including implementation, upgrades, migrations, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Actimize application issues, while recommending improvements to enhance detection accuracy, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Actimize best practices, fraud management workflows, system capabilities, and emerging industry trends.

What you need to have to be considered
• Strong hands-on expertise in Actimize IFM, RCM, and AIS, including solution design, configuration, rule development, workflows, and alert management.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, web services, and system integrations required for Actimize implementations and enhancements.
• Good experience in card fraud, payment fraud, and risk management domains with a deep understanding of fraud detection strategies and investigation processes.
• Ability to translate business and risk requirements into effective Actimize rule strategies, workflows, and case management solutions.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Actimize implementations, upgrades, migrations activities.
• Good knowledge of data models, alert generation processes, routing logic, and performance optimization within the Actimize ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate with business, operations, risk teams, and technical stakeholders to drive fraud prevention initiatives.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues recommending improvements to enhance detection effectiveness.
• Familiarity with SDLC, release management, GitHub, and testing processes in enterprise environments.
• Capable of mentoring teams on Actimize product capabilities, best practices, and fraud management workflows.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $88,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
