Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior Acquisition Program Manager. This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.
- Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support.
- Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support.
- Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.
- Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- DoD acquisition/program management.
- Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups.
- Risk management.
- Integrated master scheduling.
- Business operations/process improvement.
- Requirements/capability development and acquisition analysis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage.
- Ability to manage multiple programs/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills.
- Travel: Up to 20%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current PAE MP MILDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
- DoDI 5000 / Adaptive Acquisition Framework experience.
- JCIDS/Materiel Requirements experience.
- PPBE experience.
- MS Project/IMS experience.
- Project Recon or comparable risk-management tool experience.
