  • Collaborates across the sustainment community, buying commands, and logistics commands to ensures uniform application of communication across all stakeholders to develop guidance...

Qualifications

To qualify for a Senior Acquisition Analyst, NH-1101-04, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes:

  • Experience and detailed expertise with the Contracting and the acquisition process/program management for major weapons systems from the initial acquisition planning through contract administration and closeout.
  • Plans and executes customer engagements.
  • Provides data analysis and support regarding lifecycle contracting plans, customer satisfaction, performance, and sustainment.
  • Markets and supports Early Acquisition Engagement (EAE) services/capabilities in support of pre/post award contract administration.


Education

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

  • This position does not meet criteria for appointment of Reemployed Annuitants. The DoD criteria for hiring Reemployed Annuitants can be found at: DoDI 1400.25-V300.

  • Acquisition, Technology & Logistics(AT&L) CAP: Position is a DoD Critical Acquisition Position & requires DoD Acquisition Program Management, Advanced 4 certification within required timeframes. Selectee must also achieve 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every 2-years and sign a written agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.   • This is a Critical Acquisition Position. Incumbent will be required to sign a written tenure agreement to remain, for a minimum of three years, in the Federal Service in the Critical Acquisition Position.
