About the Role: Senior Accounting Manager

As our Senior Accounting Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your Impact - As the Senior Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in the financial success of our hotel by partnering with the Director of Finance to lead daily accounting operations. Your leadership and financial expertise will help ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and sound business decisions that support an exceptional guest experience. You will lead day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You'll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams-driving accountability, engagement, and results.

What You'll Be Doing -

  • Union hotel experience
  • Experience with Opera PMS, Infor SunSystems, Sage, Birchstreet, or similar hotel systems


Education
