Position SummarySince 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats® product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight® litter, combining strength with half the weight. We're also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Bring your talents to our King William plant where we collaborate to meet every challenge successfully and collectively.
