As a key member of our Accounting team, you'll work closely with the Accounting Manager and Controller, with real visibility into the full financial picture, from standard financial statements to complex technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that offers both depth and variety, spanning month end close, international entity accounting, and special projects that keep the work interesting and impactful.

If you're a detail oriented accountant who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, and wants a seat close to the business, this role was built for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepare and maintain internal financial reports while supporting the external reporting process
  • Own and execute the monthly close process, ensuring financial statements are accurate and delivered on time
  • Maintain balance sheet integrity through thorough reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules
  • Conduct technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and clearly document accounting conclusions
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure the timely completion of yearly audits.
  • Partner with Finance and other business teams to support accounting projects, assist with FP&A financial planning, process enhancements, and evolving business initiatives.
  • Analyze financial results and investigate variances or unusual activity to drive insight and accountability
  • Support accounting operations for international entities, with a focus on Germany and Canada
  • Identify opportunities to improve month-end close processes and implement solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Execute and continuously refine newly implemented controls to strengthen compliance, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

You should have:
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in General Ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite, including report building; experience supporting or leading new functionality implementation is a plus
  • Excellent financial reporting skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prepare full three-statement consolidated financials
  • Experience with statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • International accounting experience is a plus
  • A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuously improving processes, controls, and financial operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as this position involves handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to process a large volume of information quickly and accurately.
  • Reliability and accountability for meeting agreed upon deliverables and timelines.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Location: Our office is located in Louisville, Colorado. We believe in-person collaboration is key to our culture and success. While our organization follows a flexible hybrid work structure, we highly encourage working in the office to foster team connection.

Application Deadline: The anticipated closing date for this role is September 30, 2026. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis thereafter until the position is filled.
