Office Environment: In-Office

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, and a generous vacation plan.

Position Overview:
We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities within a dynamic commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in QuickBooks Online and CAM reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities
• Oversee financial reporting and monthly closings
• Perform CAM reconciliations for industrial property tenants
• Collaborate with the brokerage and construction divisions to consolidate financials
• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online systems
• Assist leadership in improving accounting workflows and processes

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or multi-entity environments
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• CAM reconciliation experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
