Full Job Description
Join the City of Mound as our Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant performs advanced technical accounting work in support of municipal financial operations. This position is responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciliation processes, completing complex accounting transactions, and assisting with financial reporting in accordance with governmental accounting standards and established internal controls. This role may also provide guidance to other finance staff and support departmental process improvements.
