SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Job SummaryAs our Senior Accountant, you'll take direct ownership of G/L accounting while strengthening the internal controls and policies that keep our books airtight. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll lead reporting, audit support, and month-end close - giving our leaders the real numbers they need to invest, grow, and make smart calls with confidence.
Primary Responsibilities- Own account reconciliations, including bank account reconciliations
- Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Support audits, tax filings, and internal controls
- Prepare and review journal entries for approval and posting
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests as they come up
- Automate and enhance current accounting processes - this is core to the role, not a nice-to-have
- Drive ERP enhancement projects
- Take on other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
- Power BI experience desired but not mandatory
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and adapt processes in a complex, fast-growing environment
- Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines on competing priorities

Education & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4-7 years of experience in a corporate accounting role
- Experience with month end close, audit and internal controls.
- CPA or Master's degree desired but not mandatory
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Working Conditions- Full-time, on-site role based at Mishimoto's Garnet Valley, PA headquarters
- Regular office environment
