Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic operation accounting team. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for data automation, and the ability to assess and communicate the accounting impact of new products and business initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations.
  • Independently manage complex accounting tasks and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the accounting implications of new products, services, and business models.
  • Monitor subledger systems and ensure accurate, timely integration with the general ledger.
  • Design and implement automated solutions to streamline accounting workflows.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and documentation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

CompensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
