What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in helping our business operate smoothly and effectively. Your day-to-day may include:
  • Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Maintaining the general ledger and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and cash applications
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, commission schedules, revenue reports, and work-in-process analyses
  • Uploading subsidiary ledger activity into the corporate ledger and ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Assisting with client billing and collaborating with the Collections team to monitor receivables and support collection efforts
  • Supporting annual financial statement audits and internal control reviews
  • Updating forecasts and contributing financial insights to support business planning and decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting efficiency
  • Partnering with colleagues across Finance and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable information
  • Performing ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested by management
