Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting with Big 4 or regional firms.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles, with an ability to explain the rationale behind practices.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex business environments.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to communicate effectively with leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them efficiently.
• CPA or active CPA candidate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process for multiple entities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage accruals and prepaids to ensure expenses are recorded in the correct periods.
• Build and maintain intercompany schedules to ensure accurate consolidation.
• Produce timely and accurate financial reports for both local entities and consolidated formats.
• Drive audit readiness with clean workpapers and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency as the company scales.
