Full Job Description
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing fixed asset activity, including asset additions, transfers, and ongoing maintenance of the fixed asset subledger. This position is responsible for overseeing assigned general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy through timely reconciliations, accruals, and reclassifications.

The role will also support cleanup efforts to improve data integrity and streamline accounting processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

This is a task-heavy role involving over a million assets across four different countries. The majority of the position will focus on fixed assets, reconciliations, analytics, and continual cleanup activities. The ideal candidate will have experience transferring multiple assets each month, performing general ledger analytics, and making corrections where needed. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
