Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team, improve processes, and support the continued growth of our business.

What You9ll Do- Lead the daily operations of the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and General Ledger activity.
- Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Support external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
- Develop and improve accounting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process improvements.
What You9ll Bring- Bachelor9s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous accounting leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Sage experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for making processes more efficient.
