Key Responsibilities- Complete month-end accounting close processes and analyze general ledger accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain organized work papers.
- Address complex accounting issues using strong conceptual judgment and initiative.
- Coach and mentor team members in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Review work product for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Experience in a client- or customer-facing environment.
- Background working with multiple clients and/or organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
