Job Overview

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned mining and construction customers.
  • Promote and sell Komatsu equipment, parts, service solutions, and customer support programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, Product Support teams, and Technical Specialists to deliver customer solutions.
  • Oversee warranty-related issues, product concerns, returns, and service coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to expand equipment, parts, and service business within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits and maintain a strong field presence.
  • Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Support customers through equipment deliveries, fleet lifecycle planning, and ongoing operational needs.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and objections through value-based selling and relationship management.
  • Partner with mining subject matter experts and leadership to support large shovel and surface mining operations when needed.


Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:
  • 3-5-years in Account Management, Sales, Project Management, and/or Product Management in OEM and mining environments with extensive customer interaction.
  • Prior experience in establishing alliances or partnerships, building a client base, achieving sales goals, working in a team environment, fostering internal & cross-functional relationships, contract negotiation, executing change without direct authority, and business planning activities

Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - proficient in MS Office, SalesForce.com, Project Management tools, and presentation tools
