IAA, an RB Global Company is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager - Commercial & Special Lines Leader to join our team. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States, with a travel element to support business needs.

The Senior Account Manager is the ambassador to our customers. Responsible for leading the Commercial Lines and Special Lines end-to-end salvage process for a large-scale provider to include consulting providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics, monitoring cycle times, and implementing and providing oversight for new services, processes, and geographic markets. The Senior Account Manager will also interact with IAA Operations, Sales, and corporate personnel. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational, and process-related functions. The person filling this role must be comfortable meeting with and communicating with senior leadership within a professional organization. The ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with external customers is a must.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Provide performance and industry insights and meet regularly with key business partners.
  • Offer superior customer service while providing customer daily assistance with communication between IAA branches, title centers, and release centers.
  • Support provider(s) with ad-hoc reporting requests and use data to support solutions and results.
  • Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations and title teams to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met.
  • Facilitate resolution of provider(s) complaints and work with necessary internal teams to address areas of concern. Find innovative solutions to solve for complex problems.
  • Create and work with IAA data team to provide report framework on data request from provider(s) and IAA operations. Analyze, interpret, and communicate requests.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with providers.

Competencies:
  • 5+ years of commercial lines insurance knowledge/experience developing partnerships with vendors and customers.
  • Candidate must show a level of executive presence with key external partners.
  • Candidate must show history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and data interpretation.
  • Ability to present complex performance trending and insights in an engaging and effective manner.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of creating complex business solutions, independently when needed.
  • Exhibit leadership skills and capable of leading a team through projects and new product initiatives.
  • Able to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders to favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential.
  • Demonstrate great collaboration skills, with a willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
  • Candidate would ideally have experience with data analysis and visualization, worked or have prior client/vendor experience and/or an insurance background.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%-50% for work purposes.
