JOB SUMMARY:

Help shape the future of outpatient physical therapy as a SeniorSales Account Manager, where your work directly impacts patient access to life-changing care. In this role, you'll lead strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and promote our trusted brands and exceptional clinicians across a defined region.

This position is responsible for supporting our Sales Account Managers and servicing direct sales management in the Benton, Arkansas territory. This market has a growing demand in our referral base with physicians, attorneys, worker's compensation, community partners, and direct access patients.

You'll be at the forefront of expanding our referral network, increasing market share, and strengthening our presence in the communities we serve. What Will You Do?
  • Develops and follows an effective call strategy for assigned region to increase the referral outcomes of existing and potential partners
  • Reports regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on the status of the plan, including progress and challenges
  • Assists with development of quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans
  • Performs regular field assessments with current Sales Team and future Sales Team members
  • Identifies opportunities for publicity, coordinates community events, and attends and participates in Regional meetings as requested
  • Communicates often and effectively with Regional VP and VP of Sales on goals, strategies and outcomes
  • Builds effective relationships with customers and community leaders in assigned region
  • Works well both independently and with our team of Clinic Directors, Therapy staff and Business Office staff and peers
  • Requires the ability to effectively present our company information including outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology
  • Meets with Sales Account Managers on a regular basis to discuss strategies, planning procedures, and goals
  • Effectively presents our company information, service array, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners
  • Uses reporting and data tools to convey the high quality and clinical excellence of our team members and the services they provide
  • Stays of abreast of industry and current marketplace data
  • Implements and conducts Orientation program for new Sales Account Managers in assigned area
  • Assist VP of Sales and Marketing identifying and recruiting Sales Account Manger candidates and completing the hiring process
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Do We Need From You?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the sales field.
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians, medical offices, employers, or related field.
  • Medical/Healthcare Sales Experience is a positive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Experience working in an environment with multiple objectives.
  • Confident and persuasive in guiding the sales process.
  • Connects well with customer prospects.
  • High ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts.
  • Flexible, adaptive, engaging and enthusiastic.
  • Self-starter and independent requiring limited supervision.

Conditions of the Position:
  • Travel up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often exposed to road travel and clinical environments, such as hospitals, physician offices, and clinics.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic.

Benefits and eligibility are dependent on employment status and pay class (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Specific details will be provided during the hiring process.
