  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, competitive learnings and product updates into actionable creative guidance that helps teams develop strategically grounded work.
  • Help maintain the strategic purpose, creative focus and brand integrity of each project from briefing through final delivery.

Project Management and Workflow
  • Own day-to-day project details across assigned workstreams, including timelines, status updates, deliverables, feedback, budgets and next steps.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping work organized, documented and moving forward in the appropriate project management systems.
  • Coordinate efficient review cycles, consolidate feedback and help resolve issues or roadblocks quickly and collaboratively.
  • Support the Manager of Brand by staying close to project timing, rollout plans, content needs and upcoming product or campaign changes.

Agency, Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for agency partners and internal teams on assigned projects, ensuring alignment on strategy, scope, timing and deliverables.
  • Lead productive project communications, including kickoffs, status updates, feedback discussions and follow-ups with agency and internal partners.
  • Collaborate across business units and integrated teams to identify opportunities to extend the value, reach and impact of brand and content initiatives.
  • Provide clear, confident and constructive feedback to creative teams while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented project environment.

Production and Content Capture
  • Partner with internal production teams and external agency partners to support photo, video and drone productions, ensuring captured content aligns with campaign strategy, brand standards and content needs.
  • Support pre-production and post-production planning, including scope, budgets, production plans, shot needs, review timelines and final asset delivery.
  • Help ensure productions are planned and executed efficiently, with clear expectations around deliverables, usage needs and creative requirements.
  • Support a range of content outputs, including advertising assets, short-form content, long-form content and social-first creative.

  • Contribute to creative problem-solving in meetings and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, timelines or business needs.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a marketing organization and/or advertising agency.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting creative concept development, campaign execution, brand strategy, or integrated marketing work.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns, creative development processes, agency relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders preferred.
