Senior Account Executive - eviCoreJoin eviCore as a Senior Account Executive, where you will drive strategic growth, retention, and executive partnership across a portfolio of complex health plan clients. In this highly visible role, you will lead account strategy, expand Evernorth and eviCore solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes, long-term value, and profitable growth.
Responsibilities- Own and execute account strategy for a portfolio of complex payer clients, aligning business objectives, growth opportunities, and client priorities.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead client retention efforts, solution expansion initiatives, RFP responses, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.
- Drive revenue and profitability goals by identifying opportunities to expand eviCore and Evernorth products and services.
- Provide strategic direction to Client Management Directors and Managers to ensure alignment on service delivery, growth objectives, and contractual commitments.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for client concerns, coordinating timely resolution and maintaining strong client confidence.
- Lead Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meeting preparation, executive presentations, and strategic business reviews.
- Partner with Product, Legal, Pricing, Operations, Compliance, and Evernorth stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Monitor contract obligations, regulatory requirements, and operational performance to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture focused on accountability, innovation, and enterprise success.
Required Qualifications- 10+ yrs of healthcare experience, preferably within payer organizations.
- Proven success leading and growing large, complex client relationships in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or senior client engagement roles.
- Experience driving growth through long-term service contracts, outsourced services, and complex business arrangements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.
- Experience negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and renewal strategies.
- Deep understanding of the Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer markets.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry trends, contractual obligations, and client service delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and executive influence skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with utilization management, care management, specialty solutions, or other healthcare services.
- Experience positioning enterprise-wide solutions across multiple products and business segments.
- Track record of leading strategic growth initiatives in highly competitive healthcare markets.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
