Position Overview

Responsible for all consumable planning within the Walmart Photo/Custom Printing Business. Proficiently utilizes Anaplan (forecasting system) to input forecasts for all items sold to Walmart or 3rd Party. This includes weekly communication with the 3rd Party of Walmart choosing about consumable purchases. Providing in-depth analysis of weekly & monthly consumable orders. Maintaining an awareness of on hands in store, at the 3rd party warehouse & the Fujifilm warehouse to maintain a level in stock position at all locations.

Responsible for understanding all Walmart & Walmart.com photo/custom printing business strategies, marketing communications, and day-to-day management of the financial activities for the above-mentioned accounts. This includes analyzing the sales budgets for the accounts. Provide support for and advise the Account Managers regarding sales, inventory related. Work with the Sales Team to prepare and deliver business presentations to the accounts' buyers. Use Walmart's Scintilla and other financial analysis tools to analyze sales trends and recommend business strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share at the photo business. Be a part of the financial analysis of sales, marketing, advertising, analytical insights, market share, outside data provider relationship management and inventory control as required.

Hybrid: two days per week in the office

Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage and grow a business of $70M
  • Create & maintain a forecast for all consumable sales into the Walmart Photo/Custom Printing Business
  • Keep up to date forecast inside the Fujifilm Anaplan System
  • Work closely with Walmart & Walmart 3rd Party to maintain a stable in stock of consumables in stores
  • Analyze sales results, budgets, and forecasts for the Walmart Photo/Custom Printing Business.
  • Analyze the sales results of Walmart Photo to grow revenue/profit & align consumable forecast as needed
  • Develop business analysis and account presentations to support the photo category.
    • Work with the Sales Team in growing strategic placement opportunities to increase brand share in the category, and within the Walmart Photo Business
    • Recommend financial initiatives based upon sales, ROIs and market conditions to optimize profitability.
    • Work with the Account Management team to create business presentations to inform the accounts' merchants about their photo business with attendant strategic recommendations to drive sales and profits.
    • Provide financial direction for product extension ideas and promotional opportunities to elevate the Fujifilm brand and support top and bottom line sales goals.
    • Identify and manage external business tools to better manage the accounts.
  • Analyze equipment and replenishment strategies in store/club operations and logistics activities
    • Research and develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the consumable and supplies ordering program and their implementation, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
    • Support overall category direction and goals at the accounts' Business Planning Sessions to develop, implement and maximize opportunities.
    • Proactively research and analyze the Walmart consumable and supply monthly receipts as compared to budget to make sure inventory levels are maintained at desired levels. Make recommendations to the accounts' management when action is needed based of trend analysis.

Required Skills/Education
  • Required: 5-10 years business experience in consumer products company
  • Required: Candidate must have previous financial analysis experience.
  • Required: Analytical ability to use data to support business decisions and recommendations.
  • Required: Solid mathematical aptitude
  • Required: Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Preferred: 4 year undergraduate BS degree in Finance/Business Administration
  • Preferred: Walmart account experience
  • Advanced computer program skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency using MS Office especially advanced Excel (including ability to create complex spreadsheets with Pivot Tables, V look ups, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Scintilla
