This is a
hands-on leadership role for a proven home improvement sales professional who enjoys coaching reps, helping close deals, and building a team that consistently delivers results.

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives
- Review scheduled appointments and help maximize opportunities
- Run at least 5 sales appointments per week alongside reps for coaching and development
- Join reps in the home to assist with presentations and closing
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Conduct cancel-save and rehash appointments to recover lost opportunities
- Lead ongoing sales training and team meetings
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results
- Help develop new reps and continuously improve sales performance
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience
- 2+ years of sales management experience preferred
- Experience with in-home sales and the 1-Day bath/remodeling concept preferred
- Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable using an iPad, electronic contracts, and sales presentation technology
- Competitive, energetic, and results-driven
