Job Description
The Facility Protection Sr Manager will report to the Fort Worth Security & Emergency Services (SES) Director and will be responsible for security oversight of the Fort Worth, Air Force Plant #4 site. The primary objective of the Facility Protection department is to safeguard personnel and property while maintaining compliance with customer facility security and fire requirements. Principle disciplines include Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services comprised of represented proprietary firefighters/inspectors/EMTs and professional fire protection engineers, Emergency Management, Security Forces Operation comprised of armed Contact Security Services, Parking Administration, and Physical Security systems. Operations include a large workforce of over 20,000 employees, contractors, and visitors on a multi-hundred-acre/million square foot facility, with an active production and flight line. Serves as the senior Facility Protection representative liaising with the senior leaders of multiple government oversight agencies and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Serves as the senior Facility Protection representative coordinating with counterparts across Aero and Corporate locations. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications
10 years of corporate, government or military security experience.
5 years of progressive levels of leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
U.S. Citizenship.

Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.

Build and maintain effective relationships both within the corporation and externally with government customers and suppliers.
Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
Be highly organized and have very advanced oral and written communication skills, as well an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Possess a Security Clearance, current within the past 6 years or be able attain a clearance.
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $118,400 - $208,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $136,100 - $235,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
