The Opportunity

As a Security Risk & Engineering - Tech and Cyber Risk & Compliance - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls, and mitigating risks effectively. Within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing strategic guidance on compliance strategies to help clients navigate these challenges.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Managing client engagements by analyzing and identifying system interactions and linkages
- Overseeing the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in the application of cybersecurity risk management and compliance frameworks
- Providing mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills and encouraging growth beyond comfort zones
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and audits to validate adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain collective ownership of project quality and timelines
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation to support compliance program implementation and reporting
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
