The Opportunity
As a Security Risk & Engineering - Tech and Cyber Risk & Compliance - Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing guidance on compliance strategies for clients. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and enhancing internal controls
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Implementing compliance frameworks and programs to align with regulatory requirements
- Performing compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to standards and regulations
- Collaborating with teams to deliver cybersecurity risk management solutions
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for compliance improvements
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen understanding of compliance and governance standards
- Applying knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework to client engagements
- Participating in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for regulatory authorities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Demonstrating knowledge of Cybersecurity Risk Management
- Utilizing ISO/IEC 27001 Standards in compliance tasks
- Applying NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) in risk assessments
- Engaging in Compliance Program Implementation
- Analyzing data for Compliance Risk Assessment
- Managing Data Protection Management (DPM) processes
- Implementing Compliance Auditing techniques

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
