We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to deliver complex physical security upgrade projects within High Security Zones (HSZ) at Canadian embassies, annexes, and official residences worldwide. A valid Top Secret security clearance is required. Supporting the Duty of Care Program, the successful candidate will manage approximately 4-6 concurrent projects across planning and delivery, with responsibility for completing 2-3 projects annually. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project governance, and experience delivering security-sensitive work where standards cannot be compromised.
The position requires attendance onsite in Ottawa/Gatineau three days per week, along with international travel approximately 2-3 times per year, potentially for 4-6 weeks per project. The Project Manager will oversee projects through planning and implementation and must remain onsite during critical deployments due to the sensitive nature of the work.Ideal candidates will bring proven experience in project delivery, physical security, construction or infrastructure projects, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and international deployments.
