Job Description: - Manages the daily operations of the security department.
- Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.
- Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
- Monitors and follows up on complaints and investigations.
- Assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and policies/procedures.
- Prepares to exhibit oversight of emergency management plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to speak, read and write in the English language [Required]
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and oral forms internally and externally [Required]

Education: - High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study: Work Experience: - 5+ years of related experience [Required]
- 2+ years of leadership/management experience [Required]
Additional Information: Licenses and Certifications: - Driver's License (DL) [Required]
- International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) [Preferred]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]
