Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer support within a dynamic and diverse security environment. In this role, you will execute a comprehensive range of program security tasks across a multi-disciplined, complex organization. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent initiative with seamless team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and resolve security challenges within a multi-disciplined, sophisticated organizational structure.
- Conduct high-level security briefings, debriefings, and program indoctrinations for a diverse workforce.
- Oversee and perform thorough physical security evaluations and assessments of facilities.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute robust security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review, verify, and track personnel security accesses utilizing customer security databases and systems.
- Apply advanced working knowledge of classification management, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security to guide the organization.
Qualifications Required Qualifications- Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field combined and/or related years of security experience.
- 8+ years of overall experience.
Desired Qualifications- Demonstrated knowledge of DoD, and broader Intelligence Community (IC) security directives and agencies.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
