ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day activities of the assigned location ensuring that security operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional and safe image and approach to the business.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, deployment, supervision and productivity of the security operations and traffic control in all parking facilities.
- Assist in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned locations including: appropriate customer interactions, supervising the completion of all security assignments, submitting reports and investigations, scheduling and assigning security staff to daily posts, monitoring employee rest breaks and meal periods, Overseeing the security personnel (e.g. security officers, dispatchers, sergeants, lieutenants, etc.).
- Monitor and review time and attendance records.
- Participate in recruiting qualified candidates and training of security staff.
- Assist with incident reports and claims.
- Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.
- Patrol facilities to identify potential security and safety violations.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the parking facilities, as well as nearby major streets, landmarks and freeways.
- Attend and/or conduct meetings as required.
- Handle other duties as needed.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of one (1) year management experience in security.
Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.
License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record and valid California Guard Card.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $129,000 annually per year
