Position is slated to begin March-June 2027.* Job Summary: Infinity is excited about the opportunity to support the Mission System Research and Development Support contract at the Blossom Point Satellite Command and Tracking Facility (BPTF) in Welcome, Maryland. The security manager is responsible for proper handling of all Communications Security (COMSEC) materials, handling, ordering and loading of proper keying material. Responsible for working with the government COMSEC custodians for the timely delivery of equipment, materials, keying material as well as all record keeping. Conduct secure equipment and classified keying material inventories, inspections and other COMSEC related support and oversight functions. Responsible for executing the security of the site that applies to relevant DoD and NRL policies and directives. Assures all aspects of the physical security of the site include signage, access control system, issuing access badges, verifying clearances, assuring the gates, doors and other aspects of the site are properly secured and polices are followed. Verifies all visitors to the site have the proper clearances and notify essential personnel of the expected visitors. Works with NRL Code 1200 (security) on all security matters and assure that the site complies with the latest directives and polices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all Communications Security (COMSEC) materials, including the ordering, handling, accountability, inventory, and loading of classified keying material in accordance with applicable security requirements. - Coordinate with Government COMSEC Custodians to ensure the timely receipt, distribution, tracking, and documentation of COMSEC equipment, materials, and records. - Conduct COMSEC inventories, inspections, audits, and oversight activities to maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and organizational security policies. - Oversee all aspects of physical security for the site, including access control systems, badge issuance, visitor processing, clearance verification, security signage, and facility access procedures. - Serve as the primary security liaison with NRL Code 1200 and other government security representatives to ensure compliance with current security directives, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree - Experience: 5 years of experience or any equivalent combination of education, experience, training and certifications - Clearance: Active TS/SCI - Required Skills: - Experience managing COMSEC material handling, including ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for keying material in accordance with DoD policies. - Familiarity with COMSEC key management procedures and coordination with government COMSEC custodians for timely support and compliance. - Experience conducting COMSEC inventories, inspections, and maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and accountability purposes. - Knowledge of physical security operations including access control, badge issuance, visitor control, and secure facility procedures. - Familiarity with DoD security directives and ability to ensure compliance with classified site security requirements and regulations. Work Environment/Physical Requirements: This position operates in a professional office setting with occasional access to secure and restricted areas. May require limited travel to attend training or conduct security inspections. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
