Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for all Security and Business Resilience inquiries at sites
  • Lead S&BCM initiatives across locations and with local business leaders
  • Ensure standardization and adherence to external regulations in S&BCM practices
  • Mentor site leaders in effective Security and Business Continuity management
  • Conduct risk assessments for threats to people and business operations
  • Implement and monitor Duty of Care security protocols for international operations

Full Job Description
Summary:

Manage security and business continuity management across operations/sites/residences. Deliver direction, guidance, and subject matter leadership to local management and any foreigners living and working in high-risk locations. Act as advisor to customers and as liaison to local police and customs. Ensure that Security and BCM are implemented as per directives and guidelines from CEN and Region, and that KPI's are established, scorecards updated, including delivering mentoring and upskilling. Ensure to drive the Predict, Prevent, Respond, and Return framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary PoC for people, operations, and sites for any Security and BR (S&BR) related enquiries, including customer S&BR
  • requirements
  • Provide S&BCM leadership across the sites/locations and local S&R communities, business leaders, and customers (incl. KCMs).
  • Rollout S&BCM standardization and management framework related to MCL/TbM/MGFE, making sure they are adequately
  • implemented (quality), monitored for effect (impact), and ensured that external regulations (C-TPAT, TAPA, IATA, AEO, etc.) are adhered to.
  • Mentor and upskill people and site leaders across designated sites/locations.
  • Lead and monitor S&BCM execution through local and functional buy-in. This includes support of tests and initiatives for improved
  • Security and Loss Prevention.
  • Conduct Foresight/Predict threat assessments towards people and sites/locations, including loss trends, new business proposals, and
  • other potential business threats and risks, and deliver fact-based risk mitigation advice.
  • Ensure that Duty of Care (DoC) Security is introduced, implemented, and monitored. This includes travel e-learning, high-risk
  • travel/relocation by foreign nationals and residence security protocols and quality.
  • Ensure that Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan, and Crisis Management plans are introduced, tested, and complied with

  • Update security performance dashboards and reports as required by regional and HQ management teams
  • Support Illicit Cargo and Contraband work as per the Special Operations team. Ensure compliance with processes and procedures on this matter.


Critical competencies:
  • 4+ years' experience in Security for a site or as a consultant
  • 4+ years in Business Continuity at a site or as a consultant
  • Education/certification in S&BC management, risk management, and/or emergency/crisis management
  • Ability to inspire and guide success through others
  • Strategic business partner with interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with business partners
  • Ability to provide inspirational leadership to create top and bottom-line growth

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $100,000*

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
