Position Summary
The Office of Information Security's Awareness, Behavior, and Culture (ABC) team works with stakeholders across the university to improve information security. This position includes acting as lead for developing and coordinating change management and communication strategies for multiple information security projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will develop communications and training, manage requests, serve as a subject matter expert, and help guide the strategy and direction of the ABC team's work, particularly as it relates to our project portfolio of changes and improvements.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze program data and monitor the effectiveness of ABC programs.
  • Conduct research and write content for the SECURED newsletter, guidance pages, and other written communications, translating complex and technical information into easily understandable terms.
  • Lead the end-to-end production of custom microlearning materials and phishing simulations, fostering secure behaviors.
  • Engage with university leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Help develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design and editing software such as Vyond, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Configure and maintain content in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms like KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas.
  • Provide customer support, quickly assessing and addressing customer needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Lead teams and manage initiatives.
  • Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

Salary Range
$75,200.00 - $128,800.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
