Lockheed Martin Pike County Operations is a final assembly and production facility for LRSS, THAAD, Hellfire and Javelin missiles. We are seeking a Security Associate Manager to lead a team that develops, implements, and administers Special Access Program (SAP) and collateral security requirements within a missile-manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on managerial position; the selected individual will also serve as the Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) whenever business needs dictate.
The ideal candidate will guide a dynamic group of security professionals who oversee all security operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. government and customer mandates in a fast-paced production setting.
You'll be expected to inspire and guide a fast-moving, high-tempo security team through constantly shifting mission priorities and tight deadlines to internal and external customer's requirements. This requires the ability to rapidly assess risk, make decisive judgments, and motivate team members to execute flawlessly under pressure, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.
Core duties will include:
- Lead, develop and oversee CSSOs supporting SAP and collateral operations.
- Carry out CSSO responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
- Set clear security objectives, establish priorities, and assign work to ensure consistent execution across supported programs.
- Interpret security requirements, provide practical guidance and issue resolution to program leaders.
- Oversee all Special Access Program and collateral security matters, including PERSEC, Safeguarding, Facility Accreditations, and Incident Response.
- Execute and implement the annual Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) agenda, designing curricula, tracking completion, and measure its impact on the organization's security culture.
Basic Qualifications- Final Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP access.
- Documented experience performing as a CSSO.
- Proven and documented experience leading employees, assigning work, providing feedback, and managing day to day operations.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk managed security recommendations and decisions.
- Ability and willingness to perform CSSO duties when required to meet business needs.
- Experience using JADE and DISS.
Desired Skills- Experience supporting manufacturing or acquisition programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong daily experience using Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience utilizing NISS & Lockheed Martin enterprise security services tools.
- Green Belt.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
