Security Analyst

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's information systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify and respond to potential security incidents

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to protect company data and systems

- Perform regular security testing and vulnerability scanning to identify and remediate any weaknesses

- Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our security posture

- Conduct employee training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security within the organization

- Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing

- Document and maintain accurate records of security incidents and remediation actions

- Assist with regulatory compliance efforts and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
