Job Title: Security Account Manager
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: CAD $92000 per year

We are looking for an experienced Security Account Manager to oversee multiple sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in contract security, client relations, and team management. This position is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining contract compliance, and supporting the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple security client sites and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client through regular communication and site visits.
  • Supervise, coach, and support security supervisors and officers.
  • Ensure all client sites are staffed appropriately and operational needs are met.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality assurance audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Investigate incidents, review reports, and implement corrective action when necessary.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training security personnel.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies and client post orders.
  • Work closely with scheduling and operations teams to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare operational reports as needed.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the contract security industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with workforce management and scheduling software such as TrackTik, WinTeam, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence preferred, or the ability to obtain one if required for the role.
