JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

As a Vice President on the Onboarding Product Development team, you will lead the delivery of complexinternal product developmentinitiatives with a strongdatacomponent. Youll run multi-workstream programs end-to-endowningscope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and governancein ahybrid (Agile + plan-driven)environment. Youll partner with Product, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery and measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own program planning and execution across multiple workstreams for internal applications.
  • Translate product strategy and requirements into integrated plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
  • Operate effectively in ahybrid delivery model(Agile execution + traditional governance/reporting).
  • Build and manage programbudgets(forecasting, tracking, variance management, and trade-offs).
  • Establish governance: operating cadence, executive updates, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and change control.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders; surface decisions needed and provide clear options/recommendations.
  • Coordinate releases and readiness (definition of done, acceptance criteria, cutover plans where applicable).
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and metrics to increase transparency and predictability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7+ yearsof program/project management experience deliveringproduct or technology programs.
  • Experience delivering in ahybrid (Agile + Waterfall)environment.
  • Hands-on experience withJira, Smartsheet, and MS Projectfor planning and tracking.
