Full Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Tools Administrator (Subject Matter Expert) to support a U.S. Government customer. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, functionality, and security of LAN/WAN network systems. The selected candidate will manage, monitor, and support network operations, address performance issues, and enforce security protocols.
• Provide O&M support for all instances of DX Spectrum and Aria Ops deployed throughout the environment.
• Manage and maintain DX Spectrum u across various locations to include creation, updating, and deletion.
• Create, review, edit, distribute, and maintain TTPs and SOPs as related to the DX Spectrum.
• Provides a knowledge base related to DX Spectrum to GEF personnel regarding configurations and usage.
• Assist with design and deployment plans as needed per customer and mission requirements.
• Oversee management of GEF DX Spectrum deployment supporting various NEC locations.
• Installation of Spectrum application for various GEF/NEC locations per mission requirements.
• Communicate will other team leadership concerning manning requirements, personnel issues impacting operations, and completion of all assigned tasks.
• Work with vendor engineers for DX Spectrum issues requiring escalation outside of the organization.
• Submit, track, and monitor Spectrum issues and requests with Service Now incidents.
• SME for providing tier 2 support and triage.
