Full Job Description
This position requires a Secret U.S. Security Clearance and will require relocation to Estonia. This is a direct hire position and is willing to pay $120,000-$145,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Provide in-country technical advisory support services to assist a partner nation in the development, implementation, and sustainment of the clients interoperability goals. These efforts aim to enhance the partner nation's mission network and collaborative operational environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating the design and engineering of the partner nation's information network infrastructure, command and control platforms, interoperability, system sustainment activities, and related policies and procedures. Recommendations should align with the overarching interoperability objectives.

Support the development of strategic-to-tactical interoperable networks and future information sharing among the clients nodes, including collaboration with regional and allied partners. This will be achieved through incremental capability assessments and systems requirements reviews with relevant stakeholders and warfighter representatives.

Assist with coordination, reviews, decision meetings, briefings, reports, and documentation related to IAMD initiatives and projects. This includes collaboration between the partner nation, contractors, and other involved entities.

Travel within the region may be required, including to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, or Germany.

Prepare regular reporting and advisement, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, and provide action-officer level support.

This is a full-time, on-site position located within the partner nation, with an estimated travel requirement of 25%.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Extensive and practical experience (5+ years) in Enterprise Network Architecture and Engineering, with a proven track record of success
Expertise in network security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO, RMF, FMN, DODIN)
Proficiency in enterprise network, datacenter and security technologies, tools, and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Active U.S. Government Clearance at Secret level or higher
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to commute to the designated onsite work locations as required.
