QUALIFICATIONS:- Masters degree in educational administration or related field
- Washington State Principal Certificate
- Skill in participatory and collaborative planning and decision making
- Expertise with instructional supervision and evaluation of curriculum and program development
- Strong interpersonal relations skills
- Knowledge of Associated Student Body rules and regulations
- Successful teaching experience, preferably at the high school level
- Such alternatives to the above that the Superintendent may find acceptable
PREFERRED- Bilingual and or biliterate skills that support communication and partnership with diverse students and families.
- Demonstrated success advancing equitable outcomes for historically underserved student groups.
- Experience leading systems-level school improvement through collaboration, coaching and data-informed problem solving.
