Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with customer experience or digital products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for B2B experiences.
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market trends, and business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and customer satisfaction.
• Lead product planning, roadmap development, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve product issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Advocate for the B2B customer ensuring seamless experience across all channels.
