In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience Must have skills: Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skill and Experience Organize and lead daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices. Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress. Assist with backlog refinement and prioritization. Track sprint progress, manage timelines, and report to stakeholders. Maintain adherence to Scrum theory, rules, and values. Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles. Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.
• Proven ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation.
• Experience in change management, release planning, release governance, and deployment coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics, sprint performance, team velocity, and release readiness.
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile best practices across teams and programs.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details Estimated annual compensation range for candidates in the below locations will be:
Jersey City, NJ: $82,419 to $126,600
